What you need:
- 1 (1- 1 1/2 Pounds) Panettone (sliced in 1 inch slices)
- Mix in a Bowl:
- 6 Eggs
- 1 1/2 Cups Half & Half
- 1 1/2 Cups Milk
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
- Dash of Cinnamon
- Topping:
- 1 Stick of Butter (softened)
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar.
What to do:
- Butter 9 x 13 pan.
- Arrange panettone in a the pan. Pour egg mixture of panettone.
- Cover & refrigerate over night.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Turn panettone and sprinkle with topping.
- Bake 40 minutes.
- Serve with sprinkled confectioners sugar, or syrup or slice fruit or all three. Enjoy this Christmas and New Year`s treat!
