Serves 6

What you need:

  • 1 (1- 1 1/2 Pounds) Panettone (sliced in 1 inch slices)
  • Mix in a Bowl:
    • 6 Eggs
    • 1 1/2 Cups Half & Half
    • 1 1/2 Cups Milk
    • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
    • Dash of Cinnamon
  • Topping:
    • 1 Stick of Butter (softened)
    • 1 Cup Brown Sugar.

What to do:

  1. Butter 9 x 13 pan.
  2. Arrange panettone in a the pan. Pour egg mixture of panettone.
  3. Cover & refrigerate over night.
  4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  5. Turn panettone and sprinkle with topping.
  6. Bake 40 minutes.
  7. Serve with sprinkled confectioners sugar, or syrup or slice fruit or all three. Enjoy this Christmas and New Year`s treat!
