What you need:
- 4 Rib Eye Steaks cut 1 1/2 inch thick.
- Season with a blend of Kosher Salt and freshly cracked black pepper.
What to do:
- Preheat grill.
- Roll a piece of paper towel and moisten with olive oil. Brush the paper towel using long tongs all over the grates of the grill.
- Grill the steaks 4-6 minutes per side (medium-rare). Serve with grilled potatoes, vegetables and salad. Enjoy!
