Serves 4

What you need:

  • 4 Rib Eye Steaks cut 1 1/2 inch thick.
  • Season with a blend of Kosher Salt and freshly cracked black pepper.

What to do:

  1. Preheat grill.
  2. Roll a piece of paper towel and moisten with olive oil. Brush the paper towel using long tongs all over the grates of the grill.
  3. Grill the steaks 4-6 minutes per side (medium-rare). Serve with grilled potatoes, vegetables and salad. Enjoy!
