Serves 4

What you need:

  • 4 Lamb Steaks (cut 1 inch thick)
  • 2 Garlic Cloves (sliced)
  • 1 Large Sprig of Rosemary (chopped)
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • 1 Cup of White Wine

What to do:

  1. Marinate the lamb steaks for at least 1 hour, up to 1 day.
  2. Preheat Grill. Grill the steaks to your desired doneness.
  3. Serve with a Grilled Vegetable Salad and your favorite wine.  Enjoy!
