What you need:
- 4 Lamb Steaks (cut 1 inch thick)
- 2 Garlic Cloves (sliced)
- 1 Large Sprig of Rosemary (chopped)
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- 1 Cup of White Wine
What to do:
- Marinate the lamb steaks for at least 1 hour, up to 1 day.
- Preheat Grill. Grill the steaks to your desired doneness.
- Serve with a Grilled Vegetable Salad and your favorite wine. Enjoy!
