What to do:
- Season 4 Hanger or Flat Iron Steaks with salt and coarse black pepper 1/2 hour prior to grilling.
- Preheat grill. Grill each steak to your desired doneness.
- Let rest covered for 5 minutes. Slice on the bias.
- Serve with grilled potato wedges, sauteed broccoli rabe, a tomato salad and your favorite bottle of wine! A great meal anytime. Enjoy!
