What to do:

  1. Season 4 Hanger or Flat Iron Steaks with salt and coarse black pepper 1/2 hour prior to grilling.
  2. Preheat grill. Grill each steak to your desired doneness.
  3. Let rest covered for 5 minutes. Slice on the bias.
  4. Serve with grilled potato wedges, sauteed broccoli rabe, a tomato salad and your favorite bottle of wine!  A great meal anytime. Enjoy!
