Serves 8

What you need:

  • 1 Whole Boneless Butterflied Leg of Lamb
  • 1 Bottle of White Wine
  • 6 Gloves of Garlic (sliced and inserted to the lamb)
  • 6 sprigs of Rosemary (chopped and tucked in the lamb)
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Garlic Powder
  • Onion Powder

What to do:

  1. Combine the ingredients and rub all over the lamb. Marinate over night covered in the fridge.
  2. Preheat Grill.
  3. In a shallow aluminum pan place the butterflied leg of lamb and cover the pan with foil.
  4. Let rest for about 1 hour, checking it occasionally.
  5. Finish directly on the grill to brown and get a nice roasted color on each side about 30 more minutes. Enjoy!
