What you need:
- 1 Whole Boneless Butterflied Leg of Lamb
- 1 Bottle of White Wine
- 6 Gloves of Garlic (sliced and inserted to the lamb)
- 6 sprigs of Rosemary (chopped and tucked in the lamb)
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Garlic Powder
- Onion Powder
What to do:
- Combine the ingredients and rub all over the lamb. Marinate over night covered in the fridge.
- Preheat Grill.
- In a shallow aluminum pan place the butterflied leg of lamb and cover the pan with foil.
- Let rest for about 1 hour, checking it occasionally.
- Finish directly on the grill to brown and get a nice roasted color on each side about 30 more minutes. Enjoy!
