Celebrity Chef Series
Richard Bovino II was the Sous Chef for the Original Hot Tomato's back in the mid 80's. He with Head Chef Steve Litke created and developed many of the dishes enjoyed through the years at Hot Tomato's, such as Giobatto, Tort Rose, Pasta Pillows, and of course the World Famous Hot Tomato's Garlic Bread. When the Hartford Whalers left town, Rick moved to the Connecticut Shoreline to start his own catering and consulting business.
Billy Grant From Bricco’s Restaurant and Grant’s Restaurant, West Hartford and his new restaurant Trattoria Bricco, Glastonbury. Billy has been very well received in the past and is scheduled for early December. D&D Market supplies Billy’s restaurants with the finest products, quality products helps to make a fine establishment.
Prudence Sloane is a television and radio food show host, culinary educator and food journalist as well as the founder of Prudence Sloane's Cooking School and Hartford City Food Tours. She does regular Better Connecticut shows on Channel 3 Eyewitness News. D&D Market sponsers her so each of the shows include products from our market.

Vinnie Carbone from Carbone’s Restaurant, a master chef, will be demonstrating, cooking and teaching techniques on one of the Carbone’s specialties using the fine D&D products that they use at Carbone’s Restaurant. The Carbone Family have been using D&D Market’s products for three generations.
